Through out the United States there are many, many places to enjoy a quiet vacation or an exciting adventure. The state of Oregon has some of those sight and adventures you don't want to miss.

One can enjoy the Rose Parade of Portland, the thrill of the Enchanted Forest near Salem and for the Classic Old Car Buffs there is the Graffiti night in Roseburg and Cruise the Coos car show in Coos Bay. All of which are worth taking in.

One place that is often overlooked is the town of Bandon. Bandon by the Sea. As the name implies, Bandon is located by the sea. Well, actually Bandon is located by the Pacific Ocean.

Bandon is a Resort and Retirement area. There are three world renowned golf courses for the enjoyment of those who like to golf. And in "Old Town Bandon" there are quaint little shops loaded with memories.

There is also some fine dinning with mouth watering seafood platters that you won't soon forget.

There is also some Vacation Beach house rentals which offer endless views of crashing waves and gorgeous sunsets.

I recently spent a week in one of the vacation rentals which was located on a point overlooking the beach and the famous Face Rock.

From this rental location I could spend hours watching the waves and enjoying every moment. For the storm watcher this is an ideal location.

During the week I spent there we had one day and night of storms and the view was absolutely spectacular.
