California, Oregon, Washington, Nebraska, Tennessee. They are all good wine countries and each produces a great wine of their own. Not only these states, but ALL states are great producers of some of the worlds best wines. There are many things that contribute to a wine being great or not so great. It is not just a matter of who can grow the tastier grapes. And it is not the climate either. It is not the area, in the mountains or the low lands. No, there are a lot of different things to be considered in the wine process. One must consider the acidity of the wine, the after taste, aroma and the body of each wine.
